We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Our Purpose" etc. We need to reformat into clean semantic HTML. Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to decide what sections to include based on content. The posting includes: - Our Purpose (intro paragraph) - Title And Summary: Director, Finance Business Partner, A&CS Overview (some description) - Role Planning & Analysis (list of duties) - Reporting (list of duties) - Ad-Hoc Support (maybe not needed) - All About You (qualifications/requirements) - Benefits description (benefits) - Pay Ranges (pay) - Also mention "Mastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer..." which is EEO boilerplate; remove. - Corporate Security Responsibility (maybe not needed? It's boilerplate? It's about security responsibilities; could be considered part of role? Might be considered boilerplate but it's specific to security responsibilities. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Corporate Security Responsibility might be considered boilerplate but it's not EEO. However it's a generic policy; might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Corporate Security Responsibility is legal/security policy; could be considered legal boilerplate. I'd remove it. - Also "THIS POSTING RELECTS ONE OR MORE CURRENT VACANCIES ON OUR TEAM, AND MASTERCARD INTENDS TO FILL THIS POSITION BY 12/23/2026." That's metadata; could be minor metadata; fold into short

or drop. Probably drop. - Pay Ranges: "Purchase, New York: $163,000 - $269,000 USD". That's pay info; we should include Pay section. - Benefits: described; include Benefits section. - Schedule: not mentioned; do not create Schedule. - About the role: we could have an "About the role" section summarizing purpose and overview. Could combine "Our Purpose" and "Title And Summary" into About the role. - Responsibilities: we have Planning & Analysis, Reporting, Ad-Hoc Support (maybe combine). Use

    • . - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: "All About You" includes Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred, thought leadership, analytical skills, forecasting/budgeting, interpersonal skills, self-directed, communication, PC skills. Could split into Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (technical). But we can combine into Requirements section with list. - Benefits: as described. - Pay: as described. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each heading has substantive content. We'll produce:

      About the role

Our Purpose Mastercard powers economies and empowers people in 200+ countries and territories worldwide. Together with our customers, we’re helping build a sustainable economy where everyone can prosper. We support a wide range of digital payments choices, making transactions secure, simple, smart and accessible. Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential.

Director, Finance Business Partner, A&CS Overview Mastercard Services provides Consulting and Innovation Services, Insights & Analytics, Managed Services and more to customers around the world. These lines of business are supported by both Sales and Delivery organizations. The Director will be part of the A&CS Global Finance Team and a strategic value added business partner to the A&CS Delivery team. He or she will provide vision, leadership and innovation while reporting and supporting short term and long term business and financial objectives. The Director will be responsible for developing and managing relationships in a complex matrix organization with business partners at multiple career levels in the organization Are you motivated to understand the complexity of a business unit and apply your learnings to identify insights, opportunities and risks, and partner with the Group Executive to achieve the business and financial goals? Have you ever been part of a matrix global organization where your are the financial lead and driving force of the financials? Do you enjoy mastering complex puzzles, where there are customers across the globe and you are responsible in understanding them and how they impact the P&L?

But maybe we should split purpose and overview into separate paragraphs. Then Responsibilities:

      Responsibilities

      • Planning & Analysis: Finance lead for strategic activities such as recommend actions and alternatives to manage P&L, articulate short and long term implications of business decisions, and provide alternatives to assist Group Executive in business decisions
      • Lead the Delivery annual planning process to ensure proper alignment between revenue targets, expense funding and business objectives
      • Lead the consolidation and review of the Delivery forecast for revenue and expense, providing a holistic and global assessment into risks and opportunities
      • Provide support in the on-going review of product margins, business margins, billable utilization and financial targets
      • Oversee, manage, and track product and opportunity forecasting process to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data contained within financial systems
      • Extensive cross functional and regional interaction with regional finance, CFO, region leads, Worldwide Finance and Services Finance
      • Responsible for the accuracy of the Hyperion forecast uploads; ensuring regional/market splits, P&L line items and monthly cadence
      • Reporting: Develop and create standardized monthly KPIs and financial reporting of D&S Delivery performance to Group Executive and functional area leads
      • Understand and provide thoughtful business commentary to P&L performance vs. budget, forecast and prior year; linking opportunities and risks to the full year financial and business goals
      • Prepare Delivery monthly business review and scorecard for in depth review of monthly results, risks and opportunities, and strategic updates to the executives
      • Ad-Hoc Support: (maybe we can include generic ad-hoc support as needed)
But we need to ensure we don't lose any content. The Ad-Hoc Support heading had no details after? Actually the text: "Ad-Hoc Support All About You Bachelor’s degree required..." It seems the heading "Ad-Hoc Support" then immediately "All About You". So Ad-Hoc Support had no description; we can drop it as it's just a heading with no content. So we omit. Now Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: We could have

      Requirements

with list. Content: "All About You Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred Demonstrated thought leadership and takes initiative to improve the existing structure and processes Advanced analytical and financial skills, with the ability to develop financial models and analyze/identify issues and build business plans Experienced in forecasting/budgeting and monitoring current results while identifying opportunities and risks to the full year financial and business goals Strong interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills (both verbal and written) Excels in a self-directed work environment, often deadline driven Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management Advanced PC skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion, Enterprise Reporting, Order Management, PSA, Salesforce.com and Oracle Financials" We can split into education, experience, skills. But we can just list as
      • ...
      • each item. We'll produce:

        Requirements

        • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
        • Demonstrated thought leadership and takes initiative to improve existing structure and processes
        • Advanced analytical and financial skills, with ability to develop financial models, analyze/identify issues, and build business plans
        • Experienced in forecasting/budgeting and monitoring current results while identifying opportunities and risks to full-year financial and business goals
        • Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills (verbal and written)
        • Excels in a self-directed, deadline‑driven work environment
        • Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management
        • Advanced PC skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion, Enterprise Reporting, Order Management, PSA, Salesforce.com, and Oracle Financials
Now Benefits: We have description: "Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Mastercard benefits for interns generally include: 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time; jury duty leave; and on-site fitness facilities in some locations." We can create

        Benefits

        with

We'll list: - Insurance (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) - Flexible spending account and health savings account - Paid leaves (16 weeks new parent leave, up to 20 days bereavement leave) - 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time - 25 days vacation time - 5 personal days (pro-rated based on date of hire) - 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays - 401(k) with best-in-class company match - Deferred compensation for eligible roles - Fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities - Eligibility for tuition reimbursement - For interns: 56 hours Paid Sick and Safe Time, jury duty leave, on-site fitness facilities in some locations We'll include as list. Pay:

          Pay

          Purchase, New York: $163,000 - $269,000 USD

We should not include Schedule. We also need to include maybe a short metadata paragraph about intended fill date? Could fold into a short

under About the role or separate small paragraph. The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." The line "THIS POSTING RELECTS ONE OR MORE CURRENT VACANCIES ON OUR TEAM, AND MASTERCARD INTENDS TO FILL THIS POSITION BY 12/23/2026." is metadata; we can include a short

maybe after About the role. We'll add a
