Function Specific Tasks
- Lead the direct FI/CO, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistic Teams (recruiting, separation, salary responsibility, employee appraisals) for SKAN US
- Cordination of HR-related topics for the IT-team at SKAN US. The technical lead is with the Director ICT at SKAN AG.
- Overall responsibility for:
- General and subledgers for SKAN US and SKAN Real Estate LLC
- Internal & external reporting
- Budgeting- and forecasting process
- Cash-Planning
- Monthly-, quarterly-, annual closing according to Swiss GAAP FER and local GAAP
- Preparation of the reporting packages to SKAN AG
- Periodical tax filings (corporate tax, sales and use tax)
- Definition and development of the FI/CO, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics processes
- Strong focus on digitalization and high transparency of the financial processes
- Developing KPI’s
- Definition and development of the Internal Control System (ICS)
- Further development and implementation of new systems/processes in the FI/CO, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics areas
- Close cooperation and regular communication with the international finance teams (mainly SKAN AG)
- Cordination of the audits at SKAN US (internal and external)
- Participation in optimization processes (department-specific and cross-departmental)
- Ensure Q-System in FI/CO, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics
- Focus on digitalization of FI/CO, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics processes
- Strong communication skills internally and externally (banks, authorities, auditors)

- Bachelor/Master of Business Administration
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel
