Director Field Analytics & Operations

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the analytics & insights strategy for portfolio-wide HCO customers
• Oversee delivery of integrated, decision-ready insights across key customer types
• Ensure analytic approaches inform actionable recommendations for brand strategy
• Provide executive-ready insight narratives that support investment decisions
• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics and insights team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in analytics or insights within a pharmaceutical organization
• 6-8 years of experience leading people and developing high-performing teams
• Demonstrated experience leading teams that include Senior Managers and Associate Directors
• Advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree) preferred
