Director, Facility Operations - ARMC (FT) Days

About the role

The Director of Facility Operations oversees existing facilities and infrastructure, including preventative maintenance, capital renewal, and capital improvement projects. This role is accountable for developing strategic and operational goals for the department and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of existing facilities and infrastructure
• Preventative maintenance and capital renewal
• Capital improvement projects
• Development of strategic and operational goals
• Life-cycle project management
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies such as The Joint Commission (TJC), NFPA/NEC, OSHA, Life Safety Code, and others
• Coordination, direction, and oversight on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies such as The Joint Commission (TJC), NFPA/NEC, OSHA, Life Safety Code, and others
• De-escalation training within 6 months

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of OHSA requirements, CMS/TJC requirements, State of Ohio fire code, and EPA regulations

Qualifications

• 5-7 years management experience in Facility Operations
• Preferred: 5-7 years management experience in a healthcare or hospital setting
