Director Executive Talent Management
About the role
The Director, Executive Talent Management will drive development and implementation of all Enterprise and Brokerage Executive Talent Strategies (Enterprise Talent Reviews (ETR), SLT Talent Forums, Critical Role Assessment, Brokerage Talent Reviews, etc.). This role is responsible for developing and driving talent planning efforts to create deeper talent pools of emerging and earlier career associates for development to create an enduring, deep and diverse pipeline of future leaders in Fidelity Brokerage.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Brokerage Talent and Learning, the Enterprise Talent team and Brokerage HRLT to develop and drive the talent ecosystem to identify, know, develop and grow our leadership bench strength and successor readiness of the Brokerage SLT and ELT.
- Drive development and implementation of all Enterprise and Brokerage Executive Talent Strategies (Enterprise Talent Reviews (ETR), SLT Talent Forums, Critical Role Assessment, Brokerage Talent Reviews, etc.).
- Develop and drive talent planning efforts to create deeper talent pools of emerging and earlier career associates for development to create an enduring, deep and diverse pipeline of future leaders in Fidelity Brokerage.
- Partner with the Head of Brokerage Talent and Learning, the Enterprise Talent team and Brokerage HRLT to develop and drive the talent ecosystem to identify, know, develop and grow our leadership bench strength and successor readiness of the Brokerage SLT and ELT.

- Proven success in collaborative leadership and working with executive leaders and internal HR partners
- Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize and effectively manage multiple complex projects concurrently within a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link Talent priorities to key business initiatives
- Demonstrated success as a change agent for organizational transformation efforts
- Excellent presentation, speaking and communication (verbal and written) skills; ability to communicate and influence across the organization
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills evidencing the ability to think and act strategically
- Develop and use actionable metrics to provide insights that help drive business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, OD, Human Resources or related field preferred
- 7-10 years of progressive Talent experience in a variety of disciplines including OD, consulting, organizational design, learning, leadership development, succession planning, performance management and change management
- Experience working in large, complex organizations

Pay
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The role is based at Fidelity's headquarters and requires a minimum of 5 days per week, with some flexibility based on the Fidelity Onsite Working Model.
