About the role

The Regional Director of Environmental Services oversees day-to-day operations for Environmental Services and Linen across all assigned properties. In collaboration with Environmental Services Administration, the Director implements standard cleaning practices, ensures regulatory and accreditation compliance, and establishes protocols to meet infection control standards within an assigned region.

Pay

$39.49 - $52.31/hour. Actual pay is determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. This is a salaried position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of leadership experience OR High school diploma and 7 years of environmental services leadership experience in lieu of degree
• 3 years of leadership experience
• Experience developing and managing performance and quality measurement and evaluation programs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft software and solid computer skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to design, implement, and manage programs for environmental services management, hazardous waste management, linen management, and associated accreditation and regulatory compliance

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Experience working in healthcare
• Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, or other performance improvement systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead work groups or project teams through organizational change and process improvement
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules and client relationships
