Responsibilities
- Create and implement a vision for environmental excellence
- Oversee company-wide environmental initiatives in collaboration with third-party vendors
- Provide technical expertise for remediation and compliance programs
- Evaluate air pollution control technologies
- Prepare permit applications and emissions reports
- Train and mentor EHS personnel on environmental standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering required
- PREFERRED: Postgraduate degree and Professional Engineer certification
- 15+ years of environmental management experience, including 10+ years in a managerial role
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 50%
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite Office

$153,000 – $195,500 annually
