Director Enterprise Transformation Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Director Enterprise Transformation Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will guide enterprise transformation efforts that connect strategy, operations, and portfolio execution across a complex organization. The Director will partner closely with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives, shape consulting engagements, and drive measurable business value. This position also carries responsibility for people leadership, department operations, and delivering outcomes that support organizational change.
