For our client, we are seeking a Director, Enterprise Systems & Architecture to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will shape the enterprise systems strategy and architecture across a complex technology environment, ensuring the organization’s core platforms are scalable, secure, and well-governed. The role will partner closely with business systems, operations, and technical stakeholders to guide integration decisions, system change management, and platform evolution. A strong focus will be placed on modern enterprise tooling, AI-enabled workflows, and compliance-minded architecture that supports reliable execution across the business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $190,000 – $220,000 annually Responsibilities Define the enterprise systems architecture roadmap across multiple technology stacks Maintain formal architecture documentation, including integration inventories and diagrams Establish governance standards for system changes across the enterprise Lead evaluations for build vs. buy decisions concerning AI tooling and infrastructure Design integrations across major platforms, ensuring scalability and compliance standards Provide architectural guidance to various departments on system design questions Mentor and develop the Business Systems team while managing vendor relationships Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or Platform Engineering roles at a public company Experience deploying and governing AI agents in production environments Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture and governance Strong operational understanding of NetSuite and Snowflake systems Experience with API gateway and identity management for automated workflows Familiarity with SOX IT General Controls in a public company context Proven leadership in managing cross-functional business systems teams Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans 401(k) with matching contributions Employee stock ownership plan available Flexible vacation policy for work-life balance Generous leave policies for new parents MacBook provided for work with a personal workstation stipend Childcare bonus and fertility treatment support Learning and development initiatives for professional growth Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
