Responsibilities
- Cultivate executive-level trust as the primary contact for top-tier enterprise utility accounts
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer priorities and business goals
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to establish utility strategies and market approach
- Drive revenue growth and pipeline development for designated enterprise accounts
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to enhance client value and support growth
- Lead strategic planning for long-term growth of enterprise accounts
- Negotiate strategic contracts to secure favorable terms and strengthen client relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in account management, sales, or business development
- Proven success managing complex, high-value accounts
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with a track record of revenue growth
- Analytical thinker with the ability to influence executives
- Effective communicator and collaborator with cross-functional leadership experience
