Director, Enterprise Solution Consultant

About the role

As a Transformational Platform Consultant, you will be the technical strategist and storyteller who co-designs holistic, multi-year transformation visions for enterprise customers. You will serve as the trusted technical advisor driving transformational deal development and architecting the platform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Co-design the customer's "North Star" operating model.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate customer business imperatives into a coherent ServiceNow platform hypothesis.
• Build and deliver compelling C-level and board-level presentations that position the transformation as a business imperative.
• Partner with Pursuit Leads on deal development strategy and technical approach.
• Demonstrate authoritative knowledge of platform architecture, workflow orchestration, AI governance, and integration patterns.

Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise pre-sales consulting, customer success, or solution architecture.
• Proven experience in long-cycle (12+ month) deal environments with C-level engagement.
• Authoritative understanding of enterprise workflow platforms and IT service management (ITSM) principles.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, CSM, FSM, GRC, or CMDB.
• Strong executive presence, storytelling skills, and a collaborative mindset.
