Responsibilities

• Planner/Visionary: Provides vision and strategic planning, integrates ideas from team members, and communicates strategy to secure commitment.
• Fiscal Management: Develops and manages annual budgets, engages staff in cost containment, and identifies revenue enhancement strategies.
• Customer Service: Exemplifies excellent service, communicates effectively, builds rapport, and fosters patient-centered care.
• Operational Management/Quality: Manages tasks through initiative, prioritization, and collaboration; implements continuous quality improvement programs.
• System Thinking: Sees individual actions contributing to institutional goals, balances department and hospital needs, and uses organizational climate information.
• HR Management: Develops and mentors employees, conducts workforce analyses, and fosters an open environment for communication and teamwork.
• Community Engagement: Leverages system capabilities to increase value, participates in community involvement, and incorporates community goals into departmental objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive leadership experience with related experience in clinical, technical, team management, and/or project management.
