Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders to identify AI opportunities for workflow redesign and automation
- Conduct structured engagements to map current workflows and highlight AI potential
- Translate AI capabilities into actionable redesign options for teams to evaluate
- Lead the implementation of AI-enabled workflows from design to adoption
- Develop and communicate the AI adoption strategy, ensuring effective tools and training for teams
- Manage the AI initiative portfolio, prioritizing and sequencing execution across the organization
- Measure AI project outcomes, report to leadership on value realization, and refine strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, AI program management, or digital transformation
- 3+ years hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and enterprise AI platforms
- Proven track record in redesigning business processes through technology in complex organizations
- Experience standing up new enterprise functions or programs is highly regarded
- Familiarity with healthcare technology or regulated industries is a plus
