Director Engineering I - Common End Station Engineering

Responsibilities

• Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of a hardware development function for electronic design, mechanical design and/or hardware reliability.
• Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of a software development function for software systems, applications and/or software quality assurance.

Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of increasing managerial experience. Advanced degree preferred.

Salary Range

The U.S. base salary range for this role is $185,106.80 - $277,660.20. Base pay is one part of our U.S. total compensation package which includes eligibility in the Axcelis Team Incentive bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits package (for regular employees working 20+ hours a week).
