Director, Engineering – Agentic Product

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution of the company’s Agentic Product and its quality
• Grow and manage the engineering team responsible for product capabilities
• Collaborate with product management to define technical scope and delivery
• Oversee the design of agent capabilities for creative workflows and assistance
• Establish and uphold quality standards for agent behavior
• Cookordination with platform teams to ensure reliability and compliance
• Stay updated on agentic standards and model capabilities in the industry

Qualifications

• Track record of leading high-performing engineering teams to develop AI products
• Deep experience in AI/ML product engineering, including LLM APIs and agent frameworks
• Hands-on technical expertise with architecture and design processes
• Strong product sensibility with a collaborative approach to user experience
• Prior cross-functional leadership with Product, Design, and engineering teams
• Comfort operating in dynamic and ambiguous environments
• Experience with quality and reliability standards for AI products
