About the role

FASHIONPHILE is revolutionizing the ultra-luxury fashion experience to create a sustainable alternative that extends the life cycle of products and makes them more accessible to a diverse customer base. As we strive to become the world's most sought-after brand in luxury re-commerce, the Director, eCommerce & Digital Marketing is accountable for profitable growth, media productivity, and commercial performance across FASHIONPHILE's digital business, while providing targeted growth support to retail and wholesale channels. The role leads the integrated channel-performance agenda across paid media, email, SEO, site merchandising, marketplaces, promotions, and digital-store commercial activity.

Responsibilities

  • Influence and own execution of the commerce and channel-performance strategy, translating enterprise goals into integrated plans across the digital store, paid media, email, SEO, site merchandising, marketplaces, promotions, and targeted retail and wholesale support.
  • Own the business relationship and performance expectations for outsourced paid-media agencies and other specialist partners. Set briefs, approve strategies and operating plans, challenge recommendations, monitor results, and ensure partners deliver transparent, integrated, and commercially sound work.
  • Lead vendor selection and renewal recommendations in partnership with appropriate functional leaders.
  • Lead the commercial performance of retained digital capabilities, including email, SEO, site merchandising, marketplaces, promotional execution, and related channel programs in partnership with the Experience Optimization team. Align calendars, audiences, offers, merchandising, and channel actions to improve traffic quality, conversion, average order value, retention, and revenue while partnering with Experience Optimization on journey, platform, and capability improvements.
  • Establish a trusted view of media, channel, promotion, and digital-store performance. Partner with Data, Finance, and functional leaders to define measures, improve reporting, evaluate incrementality and return, diagnose performance changes, and convert findings into clear recommendations.
  • Manage assigned media, agency, vendor, and channel budgets. Recommend allocation and reallocation based on expected return and business priorities, and maintain disciplined forecasting and financial visibility.
  • Lead, coach, and develop internal commerce and channel-performance employees while creating clear accountability across outsourced and in-house resources.
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Experience Optimization, Strategy Activation, Customer Experience, Retail, Wholesale, Technology, Data, Finance, and other leaders to coordinate priorities, clarify decision rights, and move high-value work forward without duplicating ownership.
