The Goddard School® in Flemington, NJ is seeking a motivated, self-starter for a Director position. The Director will oversee the school's operations, focusing on educational programming, relationship building, faculty training and development, and quality assurance. Responsibilities
- Oversee school operations, with a focus on educational programming, relationship building, faculty training and development, and quality assurance.
- Use a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop the school for future success.
- Develop strong relationships with families.
- Manage the school’s budget.
- Ensure compliance with state childcare licensing regulations.
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Exhibit a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
- Proactive in building relationships with new families and maintaining high enrollment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and resolve challenges strategically.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
