- Engineer end-to-end landed cost strategies, meticulously accounting for freight, tariffs, duties, and international tax impacts.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all warehouse processes, systems integrations, and parcel execution, constantly pushing the brand Forever Forward.
- Enforce strict Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) compliance with international manufacturing partners to accelerate dock-to-stock timelines.
- Scale our international shipping footprint and optimize domestic small parcel carrier contracts to balance premium service with cost-efficiency.
- Oversee absolute inventory integrity between our NetSuite ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and warehouse WMS platforms, owning the reconciliation and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) synchronization.
- Drive monthly inventory financial reporting, quarterly cycle counts, and annual physical inventory audits in lockstep with our Finance team.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies with strict root-cause analysis, taking full accountability for implementing corrective, long-term actions.
- Partner closely with Wholesale, Retail, and E-commerce leaders to align distribution capacity, support demand planning, and solve complex fulfillment challenges.
