About the role
As a Director leading North's Direct Field Sales team (NDFS), you'll be responsible for guiding a team of Sales Professionals in achieving and exceeding North’s annual revenue and profitability goals. Your leadership will drive the growth of our company’s presence in local markets and foster strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Professionals to meet and exceed North’s annual revenue and profitability goals.
- Create and execute sales plans to enter new markets, expand North’s presence, and build valuable referral partnerships.
- Collaborate with sales support, product development, and client services teams to ensure seamless onboarding and superior customer experiences.
- Embrace and promote company initiatives and new programs, keeping your team ahead of the curve.
- Share insights, data, and recommendations with senior leadership to help identify process improvements and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: 18 years of age or older, valid driver’s license, successful completion of a pre-employment background check, and drug screening.
- Typically 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Experience in SaaS, software, or payment processing is a plus.
Pay
$150,000–$200,000+ in their first year, thanks to uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible scheduling to accommodate fieldwork.
