Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Development Leadership to design and execute strategies that drive new client growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), including onboarding and training, to drive strong performance, accountability, and long-term growth while reinforcing sales management best practices.
- Establish clear individual and team goals aligned with departmental objectives and drive consistent execution.
- Improve RVP productivity by sponsoring and leading initiatives related to sales process optimization, marketing materials, technology, and training.
- Demonstrate high energy and influence to motivate teams and drive sustained goal achievement.
- Ensure adherence to company performance standards, policies, and procedures while maintaining high client service and satisfaction standards.
- Bring a strong growth mindset with the ability to think strategically, leverage data, take ownership, and consistently exceed expectations.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years financial services industry experience at a minimum; high-volume sales, relationship management, or client service experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales team management strongly preferred
- CFP or CFA preferred but if not, Series 65 is required or the ability to obtain quickly
- Experience with Digital Marketing Intelligence tools is a huge PLUS

Pay
$170,000 - $200,000 USD
Schedule
This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs. All roles classified as a non-exempt are required to record working time into the timekeeping system daily at the start and end of each workday plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch period.
