Job Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of digital transformation roadmaps, balancing modernization priorities with near-term business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (technology, operations, business units) to align on transformation goals and drive adoption across the organization.
  • Partner with executive leadership to assess current-state capabilities, identify AI and automation opportunities, and build business cases for investment.
  • Build and mentor a team of transformation specialists, project managers, and change agents; develop capability and bench strength.
  • Design and execute change management programs—stakeholder communication, training, resistance mitigation—to sustain adoption and cultural shift.
  • Track transformation KPIs (time-to-value, adoption rates, cost/efficiency gains) and course-correct based on outcomes and market feedback.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and competitive practices; advise the organization on strategic implications and phasing.

Candidate Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience leading digital transformation, technology modernization, or large-scale operational change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-year, multi-million-dollar transformation programs and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Prominent ability to build and lead teams; experience mentoring directors or senior managers preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders; ability to articulate ROI and strategic value.
  • Track record of driving organizational adoption and change management in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, or cloud modernization initiatives—direct involvement in at least one transformational technology program.
