Director, Digital Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Digital Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape the organization’s digital direction and oversee strategies that improve how customers and stakeholders engage across web, mobile, and self-service channels. The director will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to align digital investments, drive transformation, and advance a more connected customer experience. This position will also lead a digital team and establish the metrics and roadmaps needed to measure impact and support business goals. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $113,000 – $197,700 annually Responsibilities Drive innovation in digital solutions beyond typical health plan services Create a digital strategy and roadmap in cross-functional collaboration Define and develop personalized engagement programs for key stakeholders Establish objectives, metrics, and analysis for performance measurement Direct and manage a digital team to align technology with business goals Define omni-channel customer experiences for self-serve transactions Support digital transformation and influence organizational culture Qualifications BA/BS in Marketing, IT, Business, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience managing and delivering digital solutions Experience in digital strategy, social media, and customer-facing solutions for web and mobile Expertise in designing and promoting digital experience roadmaps Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Benefits Comprehensive total rewards package Focus on employee well-being Opportunities for team development and recognition as a best practice leader in digital transformation Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
