  • Establish outcome-based product KPIs and use performance data, customer insight, experimentation and post-launch analysis to guide investment and optimization decisions.
  • Own the product operating model and strengthen product management culture, including discovery, prioritization, roadmap discipline, agile ways of working and accountability for results.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing organization of product managers, product owners and product delivery professionals.
  • Partner with Experience & Design, Software Engineering, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Analytics, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, BST, dealers and suppliers to bring priority experiences to market.

  • Champion continuous discovery and validation through customer research, analytics, concept testing, prototypes, A/B testing, pilots and market feedback.
  • Identify portfolio dependencies, trade-offs and risks; provide clear recommendations and timely escalation to senior leadership.
  • Create an environment of customer obsession, speed, learning and accountability while balancing experience quality, business value, cost, timing, privacy, security and technical sustainability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital product management, product strategy or related digital leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of direct product management experience launching and optimizing customer-facing digital products.
  • 5+ years leading product management teams and developing product managers and product owners.
  • Demonstrated success defining product vision, portfolio strategy, roadmaps, priorities and outcome-based KPIs.
  • Experience leading digital products across web, mobile applications, connected experiences, commerce, marketing technology or comparable omnichannel environments.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience connecting product investments to customer, operational and commercial outcomes.
  • Fluency in customer discovery, user-centered design, analytics, experimentation, agile product development and go-to-market practices.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse stakeholders when priorities, decision rights and trade-offs are complex.
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear decisions and action.
  • A demonstrated history of accountability, talent development and performance delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with product planning, roadmapping, analytics, experimentation and agile delivery tools.
