Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams to deliver reusable platform capabilities for diverse digital experiences
- Execute the platform modernization roadmap by transforming fragmented applications into reusable services
- Partner with architects to translate platform strategy into technical roadmaps for scalable implementations
- Ensure platform availability and operational excellence through proactive monitoring and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business priorities and needs
- Develop and mentor engineering managers and teams, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience leading multiple teams
- Proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms and large engineering transformation initiatives
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering programs from architecture to production delivery
- Expertise in building reusable platform capabilities across multiple products or business domains
- Strong background in developing cloud-native distributed systems and digital platforms
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and performance engineering practices
- Deep understanding of scalable platform architecture and modern engineering patterns
