We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "About The Wella Company" then "THE ROLE". According to rules: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: About the company (maybe "About The Wella Company") but they said "About the role" as example; we can use "About the role" heading for description of role? The posting includes "THE ROLE" paragraph describing role. So we can have

About the role

with that paragraph. Then we have "Key Responsibilities" with bullet list. So

Responsibilities

with
  • each bullet. Then we have "Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications" which includes "Key Skills & Competencies:" and "Qualifications & Experience:" We can combine into

    Qualifications

maybe also Skills. But we need to decide sections: Could have Skills and Qualifications separate. The posting includes both. We can have

    Skills

for the bullet list of key skills & competencies, and

    Qualifications

for education, certifications, experience. Then we have Pay Range: $175,000-210,000 per year. Also benefits description: "In addition, Wella Company provides a rich variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO)." Also mention annual bonus plan or variable pay. So we can have

    Pay

    with the range, and

    Benefits

with list. We also have location: "New York (hybrid 3 days in office)". Could be part of a short

metadata. Not a heading. We need to remove boilerplate: notices, EEO, etc. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract content. About the Wella Company paragraph: "Together, WE enable individuals to look, feel, and be their true selves. Wella Company is one of the world’s leading beauty companies, comprised of a family of iconic brands such as Wella Professionals, Clairol, OPI, Nioxin and ghd. With 6,000 employees globally, presence in over 100 countries, Wella Company and its brands enable consumers to look, feel, and be their true selves. As innovators in the hair and nail industry, Wella Company empowers its people to delight consumers, inspire beauty professionals, engage communities, and deliver sustainable growth to its stakeholders. For additional information about the Wella Company please visit www.wellacompany.com ." We could put that under

    About the Company

but they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. Not strictly required to use only those; they gave examples. We can use About the Company as heading? Might be okay but they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies those are typical but we can use others if needed. Safer to use About the role for the role description, and maybe not include About the Company separate; but we need to preserve that info. Could embed it in About the role paragraph? The About the role section currently is the role description; we could prepend company description there. But they said do not repeat job title as heading; we can include company info in About the role section. Thus About the role heading will contain both company overview and role description. Now Responsibilities: list bullet points under "Key Responsibilities". There are subheadings: Application Strategy & Architecture..., Solution Delivery..., Business Engagement..., Vendor & Partner..., Data, Analytics & AI Integration, Leadership & Organizational Development. Each has paragraphs. We need to turn each bullet into
