Director, Digital Creative Operations
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Director, Digital Creative Operations to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This leader will oversee the end-to-end digital creative operations function, ensuring efficient intake, production, and archiving across a fast-moving digital environment. The role will partner closely with marketing, technology, and other cross-functional stakeholders to improve speed, quality, and consistency in digital execution. This leader will also help shape scalable workflows, guide team development, and support data-driven decisions that strengthen customer experience and brand integrity.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete digital creative operations lifecycle from intake to archiving
- Design and implement scalable and agile processes for rapid launches and A/B testing
- Lead capacity planning to optimize the speed and quality of digital projects
- Define and analyze digital KPIs like content velocity and performance lift
- Oversee budgets and partnerships to ensure cost efficiency
- Act as the main contact for cross-functional stakeholders regarding timelines and priorities
- Align cross-departmental teams to enhance brand integrity and customer experience
- Mentor and scale high-performing teams, promoting accountability and data-driven decisions
- Adapt to evolving digital trends and standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital creative operations, production, or related fields, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings
- 5+ years in building and scaling creative workflows and managing high-performance teams
- Strong executive-level communication skills to influence and align stakeholders
- Proven track record in leading multi-channel initiatives with a focus on budgeting and risk management

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually
