JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly collaborative and process-driven Director, Digital Client Services, to join our team. This role sits at the critical intersection of Client Services, Sales, Ad Operations, Yield, Engineering, and Data Platforms. Your primary focus will be maintaining a deep understanding of workflows and cross-team touchpoints. Partnering with the Senior Director you will drive continuous process improvement, identify automation opportunities, and champion the adoption of new solutions. Together you will define, optimize, and scale digital workflows. Once the new workflows are ready, you will own onboarding the Digital Client Services team by co-designing training and rollout programs. As a key operational voice, you bring consistency and a positive attitude to an ever-changing environment. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES System & Process Support: Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day process questions from the Client Services team, maintaining a deep, comprehensive understanding of Fox digital workflows.System Administration & Engineering Liaison: Gather system feedback and log technical requests, updates, and bug fixes for applications like OMS and CRM directly with the Engineering teams.Workflow Definition & Optimization: In partnership with Senior Director, map, define, and continuously refine digital workflows across Client Services, Sales, Ad Ops, Yield, and Engineering to maximize operational efficiency and maintain accuracy of current Go To Market operations.Onboarding & Training Enablement: Onboard and train newly hired digital client services team members to Fox digital ad sales ecosystem, ensuring a highly-positive onboarding experience and effective transition into their roles.Documentation Management: Create, organize, and maintain highly detailed process and system documentation to serve as a single source of truth for the organization.Innovation & AI Adoption: Partner with the Senior Director to drive process improvement initiatives, identify automation opportunities, and spearhead the adoption of AI-enabled workflows.Operational Alignment: Regularly liaise with Account Managers, Coordinators and Campaign Managers to ensure that daily execution remains aligned with the most efficient and updated processes. WHAT YOU WILL NEED Experience in digital advertising, ideally within a client services or account management organization:Ad Tech Ecosystem: Deep, hands-on understanding of OMS (Operative), CRM (Salesforce), and leading ad servers like Google Ad Manager and FreeWheel.Media Operations: Comprehensive knowledge of the digital media lifecycle, including planning, campaign management, trafficking, optimization, programmatic operations, billing, and measurement.Data & BI Literacy: Working knowledge of Business Intelligence platforms (such as Tableau), with a keen understanding of how changes to enterprise systems and workflows directly impact downstream reporting and data outputs.Proven ability to collaborate with and influence diverse stakeholders across technical (Engineering, Data) and business (Sales, Client Services, Yield) teams.A proactive, resilient approach to identifying operational bottlenecks and designing creative, scalable solutions.Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail, particularly in workflow mapping and documentation.A dedicated team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer and client experiences. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-149,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
