Experience
- Five to ten years of development experience preferably with a health-care organization
- Demonstrated success in major gift fund-raising.
- Management experience preferred.
- Prominent negotiation, influencing skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from recognized college or university required.
- Master’s preferred.
