Responsibilities
- Originate and develop a pipeline of large-scale green hydrogen projects
- Lead projects through development workstreams including site acquisition and permitting
- Build and maintain relationships with industrial customers and strategic partners
- Cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
- Evaluate project financials and mitigate development risks
- Prepare investment recommendations for internal approvals
- Support market intelligence and strategic partnerships to grow project development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of project development experience in energy or industrial sectors
- Proven track record of advancing projects through the FID process
- Experience with green hydrogen or similar clean energy projects preferred
- Strong commercial acumen with customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Strong understanding of project economics and financial modeling
