Director, Developer Relations
The Director of Developer Relations at CoreWeave is responsible for building, engaging, and growing a technical community around the CoreWeave SaaS offerings, including tools from Weights & Biases, OpenPipe, and Marimo. They act as the bridge between developers and internal teams, translating product capabilities into compelling technical narratives and channeling community feedback back into engineering and product teams.
About the Role
We are hiring a Director of Developer Relations reporting to the Head of Product and Content Marketing, Weights & Biases. We're looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates well across teams.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the developer relations strategy to drive awareness and adoption of CoreWeave’s SaaS offerings among AI engineers, researchers, and developers.
- Act as a hands-on technical advocate, producing high-impact content including onboarding guides, tutorials, demos, reference architectures, blog posts, and code samples that accelerate time-to-first-value.
- Own and continuously improve the developer onboarding experience, identifying friction in documentation, APIs, SDKs, and workflows, and partnering with product and engineering to streamline adoption.
- Build and engage the developer community through events, workshops, hackathons, online forums, and ecosystem partnerships, serving as a credible voice in the AI community.
- Establish a strong feedback loop and measure impact, synthesizing community insights for internal teams and tracking metrics such as onboarding conversion, product adoption, engagement, and retention.

Preferred
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong analytical skills to report on success of developer programs
- Self-driven and proactive to find ways to improve processes and collaborate with team members
- Experience leading a team of developer advocates and evangelists
