Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Governance & Growth
- Executive Partnership: Act as the primary escalation point and strategic advisor for client executives.
- Portfolio Health: Drive the commercial success of a $10M–$15M portfolio, overseeing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Organic Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts.
- Delivery Excellence & Risk Mitigation
- SDLC Oversight: Ensure the "Triforce" follows best practices.
- Proactive Risk Management: Identify red or yellow projects early.
- Quality Assurance: Engage with work product and team rituals.
- Leadership & Talent Development
- Multi-Disciplinary Leadership: Coach and mentor leaders and ICs.
- High-Performance Culture: Conduct 1:1s and performance reviews.
- Recruitment & Evolution: Contribute to the "Delivery Playbook."
- Operational & Financial Stewardship
- Commercial Metrics: Take accountability for portfolio profitability.
- Data-Driven Influence: Utilize reporting language and data visualization.
- Forecast Accuracy: Maintain precise revenue and resource forecasting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with discipline leads.
- 10+ years in the technology industry, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts.
- Extensive experience managing and coaching leaders within Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Deep understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience leading complex, custom-built software solutions.
- Ability to navigate executive relationships and recover from high-stakes negotiations.
- Strong command of agency business metrics.
