Regional Delivery Director, Mid-West

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Delivery Director, Mid-West to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This leader will own regional delivery performance across a multi-location footprint, with a strong focus on logistics execution, customer experience, and operational consistency. The role partners closely with field teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and third-party carriers to improve service outcomes and drive efficiency. You will also help strengthen leadership capability, support financial and operational targets, and ensure the region operates with discipline and compliance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$128,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as a culture, brand, and customer experience ambassador for the region
• Oversee a portfolio of third-party logistics (3PL) carriers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operations
• Be accountable for financial, operational, and customer experience targets
• Lead and develop teams across multiple locations
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance
• Manage a 50% travel schedule to oversee field operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 15 years of equivalent experience in logistics or retail management
• 7+ years in logistics management with a focus on continuous improvement
• 7+ years in multi-unit retail leadership
• Proficiency in SAP, routing software, WMS, and CX platforms
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence management levels
