Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Governance & Growth
- Executive Partnership: Act as the primary escalation point and strategic advisor for client executives.
- Portfolio Health: Drive the commercial success of a $10M–$15M portfolio, overseeing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Organic Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts.
- Delivery Excellence & Risk Mitigation
- SDLC Oversight: Ensure the "Triforce" follows best practices throughout the SDLC.
- Proactive Risk Management: Identify and address potential issues early.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality solutions are delivered.
- Leadership & Talent Development
- Multi-Disciplinary Leadership: Coach and mentor leaders in Engineering, Product, and Design.
- High-Performance Culture: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Recruitment & Evolution: Contribute to the "Delivery Playbook" and participate in interviews.
- Operational & Financial Stewardship
- Commercial Metrics: Take full responsibility for portfolio profitability.
- Data-Driven Influence: Use data to influence decisions and inspire confidence.
- Forecast Accuracy: Maintain accurate revenue and resource forecasts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Improve internal processes and agency-wide efficiency.
- 10+ years in the technology industry, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts (ideally totaling $10M+ in annual revenue).
- Extensive experience managing and coaching leaders within Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Deep understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience leading complex, custom-built software solutions from discovery to launch.
- Ability to navigate executive relationships and move from vendor to strategic partnership.
- Strong command of agency business metrics, including Gross Margin, Forecast Accuracy, and Effective Billable Rates.
- Ability to handle recovery situations and high-stakes negotiations.
- Ability to communicate complex data in QBRs and to executive stakeholders.
