Director, DEC Digital R&D Domain Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive the DEC strategy by creating clear plans and measurable outcomes for R&D.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize platform enhancements and manage tradeoffs.
• Mature the product operating model by establishing governance and prioritization.
• Oversee health and evolution of platforms across research, clinical, and regulatory.
• Ensure compliance of R&D platforms with GxP and regulated requirements.
• Monitor risks and support actions for platform stability and compliance.
• Lead high-performing teams focused on digital products for Research and Nonclinical Development.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive leadership in R&D systems and products, specifically in Pharma.
• Demonstrated ownership of R&D solutions across key domains including clinical and regulatory.
• Accountable in GxP-regulated environments, including audit and validation processes.
• Experience with digital platforms in R&D and regulated operations.
• Strong enterprise mindset balancing functional needs with product delivery.
• Product-oriented leader focused on value-based outcomes.
• Prominent track record in communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
