Lead Director - Digital Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition of technical architecture and design for digital solutions
• Manage digital engineering projects, ensuring delivery meets scope, budget, and timeline
• Collaborate with executive leadership on digital engineering strategy and roadmap
• Evaluate new technologies for potential impact on engineering capabilities
• Establish quality assurance processes and best practices
• Drive innovation initiatives within the digital engineering team
• Mentor and support digital engineers for their professional growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems
• 5+ years of experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• 5+ years leading engineering teams with technologies like NodeJs, PostgreSQL, Kafka, GraphQL, and Terraform
