Director, Data Science

Responsibilities

• Define and execute data science strategy aligned to business goals and KPIs
• Lead and mentor data scientists and analysts
• Drive workforce transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy
• Establish modeling, analytics, and governance best practices
• Design KPI frameworks for workforce optimization and operational metrics
• Build and scale Power BI dashboards and reporting systems
• Deliver AI solutions to automate workflows
• Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for executives

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling
• Experience in developing and managing forecasting models for revenue, utilization, and workforce supply
• Proficient in Power BI for dashboards and KPI reporting
• Experience with agentic AI or automated workflow solutions
• Deep knowledge of professional services KPIs (demand/supply, utilization, NPS, revenue)
• Strong executive communication skills
• Experience in building enterprise data governance frameworks
