Responsibilities
- Define and execute data science strategy aligned to business goals and KPIs
- Lead and mentor data scientists and analysts
- Drive workforce transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy
- Establish modeling, analytics, and governance best practices
- Design KPI frameworks for workforce optimization and operational metrics
- Build and scale Power BI dashboards and reporting systems
- Deliver AI solutions to automate workflows
- Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for executives
Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling
- Experience in developing and managing forecasting models for revenue, utilization, and workforce supply
- Proficient in Power BI for dashboards and KPI reporting
- Experience with agentic AI or automated workflow solutions
- Deep knowledge of professional services KPIs (demand/supply, utilization, NPS, revenue)
- Strong executive communication skills
- Experience in building enterprise data governance frameworks
