Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap for data exchange and bridge technical and operational gaps
- Ensure robust data integration using healthcare standards to support clinical workflows and payer-provider alignment
- Manage hiring, coaching, and performance management of staff while overseeing departmental operations
- Monitor and support operational data platforms, ensuring quality control processes are in place
- Support stakeholders in accessing and understanding data, ensuring effective information delivery
- Deliver production assets accurately and timely to enhance end-user efficiency
- Act as a liaison for data governance processes, connecting IT partners and external plan collaborators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field or 6 years of equivalent work experience
- 7 years of experience in Data Analytics
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare interoperability and clinical data exchange preferred
- 15+ years in Healthcare IT delivery, with a balance of provider and payer side experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience shaping and executing healthcare technology strategy preferred
