Director, Data & Integrations - EDI

About the role

The Director, Data & Integrations - EDI oversees and prioritizes the work of the EDI development team while remaining hands-on with complex development, mapping, testing, debugging and implementation of data-centric systems supporting EDI. The Director, Data & Integrations - EDI owns client timelines for new development work, governs ticket intake and documentation standards in the team's Jira instance, facilitates CDM design sessions, and leads architecture decisions for CDM and extract changes. The Director, Data & Integrations - EDI mentors and cross-trains team members and represents the EDI team in Agile Scrum planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and prioritize the work efforts of the EDI development team
• Ensure client timelines are understood and maintained for new development work
• Work closely with the Implementation Team Lead and Operations Team Lead, and participate in client calls as needed, to coordinate requirements, timelines, technical issues, implementation activities, and operational support
