Director, Data & Analytics

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse team in alignment with organizational goals
• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture for continuous learning
• Oversee delivery of data projects, ensuring they meet business requirements
• Allocate resources effectively, balancing immediate and strategic needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into analytics projects
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholder communications and project alignment
• Implement best practices for data management and quality assurance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred
• Advanced certifications in data analytics or project management advantageous
• 10+ years in data analytics or related roles, including leadership experience
• Proven ability to mentor and develop diverse teams
• Expertise in data tools and programming languages like Python and SQL
• In-depth knowledge of data governance and compliance policies
• Experience owning a cloud data platform as an engineering system

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
