Director - CRM & Loyalty
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We have Benefits content: includes merchandise discount, support for development, culture of giving back, medical/dental/vision insurance & 401(K), EAP, time off – paid time off & holidays, target salary range $140,000 - $150,000, on-site schedule: works on-site at least 4 days per week consistent with needs of business at Talbots office location in Hingham, MA. Also location: Corporate Office-Talbots-Hingham, MA 02043. Also position type: Regular/Full time.
We need to decide sections: About Us (maybe not required but it's substantive). About The Role (the description). The impact you can have (list of responsibilities). You’ll bring to the role (qualifications). Benefits (including salary, schedule, benefits). Possibly also location? Could be folded into Benefits or a short p.
We must not create Pay/Schedule sections unless posting actually states them. It does state target salary range and on-site schedule. So we could include them within Benefits section or separate Pay and Schedule sections. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Pay and Schedule into Benefits section, or create separate sections if they are substantive. Since they are specific, we could create Benefits section that includes benefits, salary, schedule. Or we could create Benefits and Pay sections. But they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state them, so we could create them. However they also say prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into one Benefits section that includes all.

We need to preserve all substantive information. Some lines have asterisks maybe indicating footnotes; we can keep them as part of text.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, accommodation statements, etc. Also remove "Any job offer will consider factors such your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills. Eligibility of certain benefits and associate programs are subject to employment type and role." That's maybe not boilerplate but it's generic; but it's substantive? It's about eligibility; we could keep it as part of Benefits section.
We should not repeat job title as heading. Not needed.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
Thus produce something like:

The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples; we can use other headings as long as they are appropriate. But we should probably stick to those typical headings.
