Director Credit Union Operations
About the role
Manages daily operations of credit union branches to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Provides leadership and guidance to branch staff to maintain high levels of member service.
Develops and implements strategies to enhance member service and satisfaction.
Maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements and credit union policies.
Oversees training and development programs for branch staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled.
Handles member inquiries and resolves issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Manages branch budgets and financial performance to meet organizational goals.
Develops and maintains relationships with members to foster loyalty and retention.
Implements process improvements to streamline operations and enhance service quality.
Provides regular reports and updates to senior management on branch performance and member service initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in credit union operations or a related field within the financial services industry.
