Technical & Functional Skills
- Experience using CRM or pipeline management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to manage outreach and track performance
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics (GMV, conversion rates, earnings per creator)
- Familiarity with key creator platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LTK, ShopMy, Amazon Storefront, etc.)
- Ability to leverage data and tools to identify high-potential creators and prioritize outreach
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to drive outcomes
Requirements
- 8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce
- Proven sales and business development instincts, with experience closing partnerships and driving pipeline
- Experience recruiting and partnering with commerce-driven creators
- Strong understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models
- Deep understanding of the creator landscape, including the conferences, events, and meet ups that matter most
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline, including sourcing, outreach, and conversion tracking
- Strong relationship-building skills with both creators and internal leadership

Schedule
This position is hybrid, with 2 in-office days per week in our Santa Monica office.
