Director, Corporate Strategy
About the Role
As a Director, Corporate Strategy reporting to the VP, Head of Transformation Office, you'll play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that fundamentally transform how Nasdaq operates. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs that shape the future of our organization. Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and performance metrics to drive accountability and progress.
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risk and maximize adoption.
- Partner with stakeholders across time zones and functions to ensure seamless integration and a positive culture for change.
- Coach and support teams to build capabilities, foster engagement, and sustain momentum throughout the transformation journey.
- Draft and deliver Executive-ready updates and communications on initiative progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation or change management programs in complex environments.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders, build relationships, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering solutions to complex challenges.
- Proficiency in program management methodologies and change management frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, PMP, etc.).
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with working across global teams and navigating cultural dynamics.
Schedule
This position is located in New York Headquarters and offers a hybrid work environment with at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change.
Pay
The base pay range for this role is $134,000 - $248,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, education/training, business needs, and market demands. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive) and equity (long-term incentive).
