About the role

The Adobe Corporate Partnerships team is focused on delivering material growth and market share expansion through strategic product and technology partnerships with responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and implementing partnership deals and initiatives across Adobe’s Digital Media business.

What You'll Do

  • Become deeply knowledgeable about Adobe's Digital Media business, including business models, customer segmentation, customer workflows, product offerings, competitors, marketing, and go-to-market (GTM).
  • Become a trusted advisor to internal collaborators and leadership.
  • Show highly effective partner management and business development skills.
  • Provide strategic recommendations that address critical business goals.
  • Act as a highly effective business development and strategy resource to the applicable Adobe business unit who builds strategic partnership frameworks that achieve key business objectives.
  • Set priorities, optimize integrations, and develop and implement strategies for growth.
  • Identify and evaluate product and marketing levers to influence partnership growth, and develop models to drive success aligned to broader business goals.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • BA/BS degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • 15+ years of cross-functional experience in roles such as business development, partner management, and product
  • A consistent record of building high-trust relationships
  • Creativity to strategically problem solve, comfort with ambiguity, and initiative to incessantly seek opportunities that materially impact the business
  • A data-driven approach to developing partnership strategy with a passion for operational excellence
  • A strong leadership presence and exceptional communication skills for all levels, both verbal and written

Expected Pay Range

The U.S. pay range for this position is $185,900 -- $328,925 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $227,200 - $328,925. In New York, the pay range for this position is $227,200 - $328,925. In Washington, the pay range for this position is $204,400 - $296,050. For sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
