Director, Contract Administration

WSB · Baxter, MN · 1 mo ago
LegalFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro about WSB, then "As Director, Contract Administration..." then "What You Will Do", "What You Will Bring", "Who We Are". Also benefits mentioned: "Full time WSB employees qualify for competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, company paid short-and long-term disability, 401K with match, paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth and development." Also part-time benefits. So Benefits section exists. Pay: Not specified (no salary). So we should NOT create Pay section. Schedule: Not specified (no schedule). So no Schedule. We need headings: Use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. We have "What You Will Do" => Responsibilities. "What You Will Bring" => Requirements/Qualifications/Skills? Could split: Bachelor's degree, PE license preferred, 10+ years experience, driver's license, etc. That's qualifications/requirements. Also maybe Skills: business development, project management, leadership, etc. But we can combine into Requirements. We have "Who We Are" => About the role? Actually "About the role" could be the intro about WSB and the position. But we already have intro about WSB at top. Could treat that as About the role. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. So no heading for Director, Contract Administration. We need to include metadata like Job ID? Not present. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statements, accommodation instructions, notice to third party agencies, etc. Remove those. We need to preserve all substantive information. Thus produce HTML:

with list. Items: Bachelor's degree (BS) in Civil Engineering serving as a Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in the state of Minnesota is preferred but not required with an existing network of construction industry related clients. 10+ years of experience providing civil engineering services. The successful candidate must possess a valid driver’s license along with a clean driving record and can work in a variety of locations. We could also include Skills: business development, project management, leadership, etc. But we already covered some in responsibilities. Could add Skills section: maybe "Skills" includes: strong understanding of construction industry, project management, business development, team leadership, communication, etc. But we need to avoid filler. We have some explicit skills: "Honesty and integrity, sense of ownership, collaboration, persistence, organization, and planning". Those are expectations, could be under Skills. But we already listed them under Responsibilities as expectations. Might be okay to keep them there. We could create a Skills section for things like: Business development, Project management, Team leadership, Knowledge of design standards, Understanding of construction industry, etc. But we already have those in responsibilities. To avoid duplication, maybe we keep Requirements only. Thus:

  • 10+ years of experience providing civil engineering services.

We should not include Pay or Schedule sections. We need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate: removed EEO, accommodation, notice to third party agencies, etc. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The text included "As an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran or disability status. WSB strives to ensure that its careers website is accessible to all. If you need assistance completing your online application, please email wsbrecruiting@wsbeng.com. Notice to Third Party Agencies: WSB does not accept unsolicited resumes from third party recruiting firms. Also removed "Full time WSB employees qualify for competitive compensation and benefits package, including ..." we kept benefits. We kept "Part time employees can participate in the 401K plan and applicable earned paid leave." as part of benefits. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The intro about WSB culture, the role description, responsibilities, requirements, benefits.
