Director, Continuous Improvement
Position Description
Lead company-wide Lean Six Sigma initiatives across our global operations
Drives operational excellence, improving productivity, reducing waste, enhancing quality, and building a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
Executes and manages the company's Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with business objectives
Partners with executive leadership to identify operational improvement opportunities and prioritize strategic initiatives
Establishes KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure improvement impact and sustain gains
Will be lead point of contact for monthly rollup meetings and presentations
Manages alignment to parent company's Continuous Improvement initiatives
Moderate travel will be required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities
- 5+ years leading Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement programs in a manufacturing environment
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification; Master Black Belt preferred
- Proven success driving measurable operational improvements and cost savings
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing systems and operational excellence principles
- Experience leading change initiatives in complex manufacturing organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-site manufacturing experience
- Experience with automation, Industry 4.0, or digital manufacturing initiatives
- ERP/MRP system knowledge (Syteline, CSI, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
