Responsibilities

• Own and execute a comprehensive content strategy across various channels.
• Translate product capabilities and technical concepts into engaging content.
• Develop high-quality copy for different formats (social, articles, website, executive materials).
• Lead the creation of speaking proposals, conference content, and executive thought leadership.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and scale output.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Create compelling sales and marketing collateral.
• Identify new content opportunities and experiment with formats.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of technical products and ability to translate them into clear narratives.
• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and execute ideas.
• Highest creative with strong instincts for engaging content.
• Fast learner, able to quickly grasp complex products and industries.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with technical language and making it accessible.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
• Ambitious, resourceful, and motivated by building from the ground up.
• Experience in AI, B2B, SaaS, or highly technical industries is a plus.
• Background in storytelling for founders or executive brands is a plus.
• Experience producing or directing video content is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 (commensurate with skills, experience, and location).
