Director - Construction Management - Building Systems / Energy Management

About the role

Director of Construction Management, Building Systems and Energy Performance Contracting (Remote) – Lead a $100M+ Northeast portfolio of building systems and energy projects, fully remote. Based in the Northeast or New England (VA and PA through Maine).

Pay

$175,000 to $215,000 per year.

Requirements

• 10+ years in construction management or project delivery leadership
• Experience managing managers
• Construction PM background in MEP, building automation, energy management, or ESCO
• $100M+ portfolio and P&L management
• Based in the Northeast or New England (VA and PA through Maine)

Responsibilities

• Lead PMs and construction leaders delivering ESPC, HVAC retrofit, and energy infrastructure projects.
• Own portfolio profitability, forecasting, and cash flow with executive leadership.
• Serve as the senior client contact and support BD on audits, estimates, and negotiations.

Qualifications

• ESPC or ESCO background
• PMP, DBIA, or LEED
• MBA
