Director, Compliance

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations, strengthening responsible execution, improving decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage compliance investigations team and oversight activities
• Evaluate and resolve compliance concerns and suspected violations
• Implement and monitor corrective action plans for compliance issues
• Serve as primary compliance point of contact for assigned clients and service lines
• Facilitate communication of compliance matters and regulatory updates between teams
• Prepare reports on investigation activities and findings for compliance leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles within healthcare industry
• Proven track record of managing compliance investigations and issue resolution
• Strong understanding of fraud, waste, and abuse laws related to healthcare services
• Ability to effectively communicate compliance concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Experience developing training materials on compliance and regulatory requirements

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
