Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day compensation activities to include, but not limited to designing, implementing, and managing the organization's salary structures, incentive plans, and strategy to attract and retain talent.
- Work with the Compensation Team to ensure pay equity, regulatory compliance (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency laws), budget alignment, and the ownership and implementation of Annual processes including Merit, Annual Bonus and Wage Review.
- Advise Senior Leadership on Compensation Strategy to drive Employee Engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of compensation related and financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Professional certification such as Compensation Certified Professional (CCP) or similar certification (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- Team player and effective collaborator
- Agile, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and day-to-day operations concurrently
- Strong working knowledge of math and statistical processes
- Excellent understanding of relevant and emerging U.S. and Canadian compensation regulations
